Business Philosophy

I am an Arabic/German Senior International Sales- and Business Development Manager based in Germany (Hamburg) with profound experience in appointing and developing business partners for divers industries (e.g. tobacco, dental, food, dietary supplements and pharma) in the Middle East Region, India, Southeast Asia and Africa.

My main focus is on the creation and development of international markets. During my professional career I understood that key aspects for ensuring a sustainable business-relationship need to be met. Besides the selection of appropriate business partners, the establishment of a trustful relationship and the continuous exchange of relevant information for the businesses, knowing and exceeding expectations and the provision of tailor-made sales-trainings for business partners (like for distributors and agents) under consideration of cultures, level of experience and background are essential whenever required. Based on my experience, individualized trainings are the most powerful “tools”
that will lead to sustainable success, if implemented properly.

I am a proactive, self-driven and empathic manager with focus on proficiency with a sustainable approach in all fields of business. Based on my business philosophy, only mutual growth of all business partners can be sustainable, that’s why I am considering business partners and customers as key factors for growth and business development.
